What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in), the photos you take of garments, the identifications, corrections, comparable feedback, purchase and sale records you create, and standard technical logs.

How it is used

Solely to provide the service: identifying garments, finding comparable listings, computing sourcing decisions, and tracking your inventory. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors

Data is processed by Supabase (database & storage, EU), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis of garment photos), eBay (marketplace search; and listing publication if you connect your eBay account), and Google Cloud Vision (optional web image references). Garment photos are shared with these processors only to perform the functions you invoke.

eBay connection

If you connect an eBay account we store the OAuth tokens needed to publish listings on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the tokens.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can delete scans in-app; for full account deletion or any privacy request, contact moonbluv@outlook.com.

Retention

Data is kept while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion. Authentication cookies are essential-only; we use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
